Origin
of the Mongolian Grill |
| |
Centuries ago,
in the province of Mongolia, the mighty Khan's hunting
parties and warriors would prepare slivers of meat
cut with the sword edge. Together with a special combination
of vegetables, incense, spices and sauces they would
grill their meats on upturned shields over a roaring
fire.
Kublai Khan and his fiercest warriors would sit high above the hordes
and enjoy the same style food prepared for them on a large roaring
hot griddle. It is with these ancient traditions in mind that we
bring you one of the world's least known but most original dining
experiences… |

How to
Apply for a Franchise |
| Purchasing a franchise
involves many steps to reach a final package that is
suited to all parties. Each franchisee and his or her
chosen location presents a unique set of circumstances
that have to be evaluated and molded into a franchise
agreement that has the best chance of success. The
success of the franchisee ensures future success and
growth for the franchisor. |
| For those unfamiliar
with this process, we provide the following list of
steps that need to be completed to arrive at our goal
of opening a Red Pepper Restaurant Franchise. |
| Review this web
page that we have provided to you. |
| To obtain detailed
information about this opportunity, we need to have
a little information about you, your experience, and
your financial ability. Please complete the questionnaire
that has been included on this web
page. Information
provided in this statement will be held in the strictest
confidence and will not be shared with third parties. |
| Form a list of
questions about the content of this information and
any additional questions that you would like to have
answered, about your chosen location and future franchise. |
| We will continue
to have open discussions of a general nature in an
attempt to make you fully aware and comfortable with
the personal and financial commitment that will be
required from you to open and operate a successful
franchise. |
| When you are satisfied
that you want to seriously consider purchasing a franchise
and you need confidential financial information and
documentation, we will commence formal procedures to
completing your franchise agreement. At this point,
you will be requested to complete the following: |
| We will send you
an application; confidentiality agreement, and a request
for payment of an initial commitment fee. |
| Upon receipt of
your signed application; confidentiality agreement
and your commitment fee of $500.00, we will provide
a detailed information package, that will included
a projected turnkey cost for your chosen location and
a forecasted Sales and Gross Profit statement for that
operation. |
| When you have
analyzed the potential and are ready to proceed we
will request that you pay your franchise fee and commence
final negotiations for the opening of your franchise. |
| If at any time
in the previous steps, we feel that it would be difficult
for you to open and operate a successful franchise,
we will advise you of our concerns and give you an
opportunity to discuss those concerns and/or to provide
additional information to resolve the issue to our
mutual satisfaction. |
| The average turnkey
franchise will cost in the $100,000 to $200,000 range
and we estimate that a franchisee will need a minimum
of $60,000 to $75,000 in cash or personal credit to
participate in this opportunity. More precise cost
and investment figures will be individualized and determined
through the completion of the above noted progression
steps. |
|
|
We look forward to a long and prosperous
future together. |
